Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want you to be confident trying PulseRank. This policy explains the free trial, how to cancel, and how refunds are handled.

1. Free trial
New customers can start PulseRank with a free trial (currently 7 days; the current length is shown on our pricing section at sign-up). During the trial you have full access to the Service at no charge. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your paid subscription begins automatically and your payment method is charged at the then-current price. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged.
2. Cancel anytime
You can cancel your subscription at any time, no questions asked, from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals. Your subscription remains active until the end of the billing period you have already paid for, and you keep access to the Service until then. We do not lock you into long-term contracts.
3. Refunds
We are the seller and merchant of record for all purchases, and we handle refunds directly. When we approve a refund, it is returned to your original payment method through Stripe, our payment processor. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few business days for the refund to appear.
Because subscriptions can be cancelled at any time to prevent future charges, we generally do not provide refunds for billing periods that have already started or for unused time in the current period. We will, however, consider refund requests in good faith — for example, in cases of accidental or duplicate charges, or if the Service did not function as described.
4. Your statutory withdrawal right (EU/EEA/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the transaction for any reason. Note that because PulseRank is digital content and services supplied immediately, this withdrawal right may not apply once you have started using or benefiting from the Service during that period, where you agreed to immediate access. This does not affect your other rights under applicable consumer law.
5. How to request a refund or cancel
To cancel, use your account settings or contact us at hello@drosscreative.com. To request a refund, contact us at the same address with your account email and the transaction details from your receipt. Refund requests should be made promptly; requests made more than 60 days after a transaction may not be eligible for processing.
